Care Coordination Services
Formerly known as case management, our Care Coordination program supports Mason County youth facing complex challenges. Our team works closely with each young person to assess needs, develop personalized plans, connect them with resources, and monitor progress. We’re here to provide the guidance and support needed to help youth achieve their goals and build a stronger future.

Drop-In Centers
The Youth Connection operates two welcoming drop-in centers in Shelton and Belfair. Youth can stop by for a daily lunch, snacks, hygiene essentials, and access to a "take-what-you-need" clothing closet. Each center also offers a creative, supportive space for exploration, connection, and engaging activities.

Housing Support Services
We offer a range of housing solutions to meet youth where they are. Services include emergency off-site housing, rapid rehousing to help secure a permanent home, and rental assistance to maintain current housing. Each program is designed to build stability and teach essential skills for successful, long-term tenancy.

Outreach Program
Our outreach team connects with unhoused youth across Mason and North Mason County, offering essential resources and support. We serve seven local schools and participate in park clean-ups and community initiatives. Through direct engagement, we work to improve lives and help build a stronger, more compassionate community.
